I went to Randy's funeral yesterday...was absolutely amazing. I have a new hero in my life and his name is Randy Simmons. The funeral was not about his accomplishments as a police officer, it was about his accomplishments as a man of God, as a husband, father and friend, and his love for his community and children he reached out to. Randy Simmons is the real deal, a true Sheep Dog, who had the "Warrior's Code". He will be greatly missed.
My time on the workout was 7:45, worked on form mostly and it kicked my butt. Everytime i stated to think about how winded i was i thought about Randy and how much of a baby i was!!
